These terms apply to your use of aify.solutions and its features, including AIfy Agent (our website assistant), the live demo and the demo phone line (together, the "Site"). The Site is operated by AIfy Solutions ("AIfy", "we", "us"), Surrey, British Columbia, Canada. By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Work we do for clients is covered by a separate written agreement, not these terms.

The demo uses sample data

The live demo and demo phone line simulate a service desk for Harbour Lane Motors, a fictional sample dealership. Its schedule, prices, policies, recalls, repair orders, advisors and confirmation codes are invented for demonstration.

  • No real appointments are booked, and no real vehicle, recall or repair information is checked.
  • In the browser demo, confirmation texts are simulated. On the demo phone line, a real text message may be sent to the number you called from, clearly marked as a demo.
  • Don't rely on anything in the demo for a real vehicle, appointment or purchase.

AI-generated responses

AIfy Agent and the demo are powered by artificial intelligence. Their responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. They don't provide legal, financial, technical or other professional advice, and nothing they say is a quote, offer or commitment from AIfy. Prices, scope and timelines for our services are only binding when set out in a written proposal or agreement.

Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • share sensitive personal information (such as health, financial or government ID details) in the chat, demo or phone line;
  • use the Site for anything unlawful, harmful, harassing or deceptive;
  • try to break, overload, reverse engineer or get around the Site's security or limits, including automated or bulk use of the chat, demo, phone line or our APIs;
  • try to make the AI produce harmful content or reveal its instructions;
  • place calls to the demo line on someone else's behalf without their knowledge, or use it to send messages to numbers that aren't yours.

We may limit, suspend or block access to protect the Site, our providers or other users.

Intellectual property

The Site, including its design, text, graphics, logos, the AIfy name and the cursor mark, and the software behind the agents and demo, belongs to AIfy or its licensors and is protected by law. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, resell or create derivative works from the Site without our written permission.

Third-party services

The Site relies on third-party services (such as hosting, AI, telephony and scheduling providers) and may link to other websites. We're not responsible for third-party services or sites, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

Privacy

Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal information, including demo conversations and calls to the demo phone line.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the Site will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIfy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100). Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Courts in British Columbia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about the Site.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
